public libraries IELTS writing task 2

public libraries IELTS writing task 2. The main design of public libraries is to furnish books, and they should not devastate their fixed resources and place on rendering valuable high-tech media such as software, videos computer, and DVDs.

Up to what degree do you agree or disagree with this argument?

According to tradition, a library is a point that holds many books a reader can read or get temporarily. However, the internet and advancement in technology and its magnificent impressions on the way we study new things and share data have delimitated the conception of a library in recent times. Thus digital contents and technical facilities are to a great degree expended in public libraries all over the world and I rather disagree with the belief that these comforts are a waste of resourcefulness or place for a library.

Opponents of hi-tech libraries often debate that they perturb readers and tolls more money. I, however, think that libraries with the latest installations are far more practicable to readers and accord the librarian to deal with its aggregation in a more organized style. Combine media of communication resources extend readers a dynamic compounding of images, sounds, videos, and computer-based tours. Moreover, multimedia facilities and DVDs in a library may at the beginning look costly, but they uphold precious resources for a longer time and hold important data for next explore and reference. To give an example, a DVD can hold the total volume of Encyclopedia Britannica which would otherwise engage a big shelf of a library.

When they have software that can manage large data of books, they hardly require a large number of staff members. Apart from, it takes great exertion to secure books from getting wet, fire, and human plundering but computer data can easily be copied in USB, disks, and upheld for many years unless and until we need to destroy it. As for pulling youngsters, a hi-tech library is more productive.

To conclude, the transmutation of public libraries has caused them better to readers and investigators as they now act as centers for synergistic acquisition and sharing of knowledge. It is anticipated that conventional libraries would let in computer-internet based and modern facilities to heighten human experience and knowledge. public libraries IELTS writing task 2.
